SAN LEON ENERGY PLC ("the Company")
HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company has received notification from Soros Fund Management LLC that, following the acquisition by Quantum Partners LP ("Quantum") of 49,872,985 ordinary shares of €0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") in connection with the acquisition by the Company of Realm Energy International Corp., the beneficial holding of Quantum now comprises 216,130,787 Shares, representing approximately 19.1% of the Company's current issued ordinary shares. In addition, Quantum has a beneficial holding of 21,780,000 warrants in the Company.
