Public Service Properties Inv Ltd21 January 2008 For Immediate Release21 January 2008 Public Service Properties Investments Limited (the "Company") Holding in Company This notice of disclosure of interests in the ordinary shares of the Company(the "Ordinary Shares") is made pursuant to 5.1.2R of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules adopted by the Financial Services Authority, on behalf ofThe Liverpool Limited Partnership ("Liverpool") and Elliott International, L.P.("Elliott International"). The Company has been informed that on 17 January 2008, Liverpool purchased746,667 Ordinary Shares and Elliott International purchased 1,120,000 OrdinaryShares. Immediately after these purchases, the following entities held thefollowing interests in the Company: Name Interests being DisclosedElliott International, L.P. 9,220,000 Ordinary SharesThe Liverpool Limited Partnership 6,146,667 Ordinary Shares Immediately following the purchases, Elliott International and Liverpool held anaggregate of 15,366,667 Ordinary Shares in the Company, and the purchases haveincreased the aggregate holding of Elliott International and Liverpool beyondthe threshold of 23 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company. In accordance with 5.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ElliottInternational and Liverpool have notified the Company that immediately after thetime when the obligation to make this notification arose, their aggregateholding of voting rights in the Company was 15,366,667, representing 23.00 percent. of the voting rights in the Company.
