Beale PLC15 March 2006 Beale PLC, the department store group, announces that it was informed on 13March 2006 that Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had an interest in875,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.26 per cent. of theissued share capital of Beale PLC.
