TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 23 October 2008 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 21 October 2008 such that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited ("Credit Agricole") at 21 October 2008 had a direct interest in 9,723,086 (4.33%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").
This follows the previous announcement on 21 October of a holding by Credit Agricole of 12,569,253 (5.60%) Shares
