NETeller PLC12 June 2006 For immediate release Press release 12 June 2006 NETELLER PLC Substantial Shareholdings in NETELLER Plc (the "Company") •The Company received notification on 12 June 2006 that as at the close of business on 7 June 2006 UBS AG had a material interest in the Company's shares of 3,996,406 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.31% of the issued share capital of the Company. •The Company received notification on 7 June 2006 that on 7 June 2006 Causeway Capital Management LLC ("CCMLLC") acquired an interest in the Company's shares that resulted in CCMLLC holding a total of 3,767,644 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.12% of the issued share capital of the Company. •The "Company received notification on 2 June 2006 that on 31 May 2006 Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited ("CSSEL"), following disposals, held an interest in the Company's shares that resulted in CSSEL holding a total of 4,772,928 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.95% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company received further notification on 5 June 2006 that on 1 June 2006,CSSEL acquired additional shares that resulted in CSSEL holding a total of5,034,298 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.17% of the issued sharecapital of the Company. As at 12 June 2006, the Company had 120,699,121 ordinary shares in issue.
