Of these 354,356,441 shares: • Interest in 332,688,479 shares arose from the interest held by Goldman, Sachs & Co, acting as custodian for its customers; • Interest in 10,863,103 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International; • Interest in 10,804,859 shares arose from the interest held by subsidiaries of GS Inc acting as discretionary managers.
