Landore has today received notification that, following the acquisition of a number of companies that were shareholders of Landore, Arconas International Ltd is now interested in 31,552,008 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company, representing approximately 6.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
