The Company was notified yesterday that New Pistoia Income Limited acquired 9,471,428 ordinary shares of 1p each from New Pistoia Income Settlement.

Following this transaction, New Pistoia Income Limited now holds 9,471,428 ordinary shares representing 9.76% of the issued share capital of the Company. Both New Pistoia Income Limited and New Pistoia Income Settlement have the same beneficiary and thus there is no overall change in beneficiary.
