Mulberry Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 28 January 2011 that on the same day Challice Limited disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").

As a result of the above transaction, Challice Limited now owns 33,712,144 Ordinary Shares, representing 57.3% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
