The Company announces that it has received notification from Mr. J Rendell that he has sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and as a result now has an interest in 3,900,000 Ordinary Share representing 3.9% of the Company's total voting rights.
