The Company has been notified that on 4 June 2009 Hazell Carr Edwards FURB acquired further ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in Sinosoft. Following this acquisition, Hazell Carr Edwards FURB has an interest of 7,110,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
