Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 28th November 2007 that following a transaction on 27th November 2007 AXA S.A has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 76,511,446 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 11.66% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
