Additional Information

The change in the breakdown of voting rights is attributable to an issuance of 7,040,000 new Shares of Lenta Ltd in the form of 35,200,000 GDRs on March 27, 2015, increasing the total Shares outstanding from 86,053,394 Shares to 93,093,394 Shares.

Luna, Inc.'s indirect holdings of voting rights in respect of GDRs are held by Loren Bough, Cebalrai Holdings S.à r.l., Edward Nicholson and Alexander Easton, and are exercisable by Luna, Inc. pursuant to an agreement falling within FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.2.1 R (a).
