Holding in Company
Rose Petroleum plc, the AIM-listed (AIM: ROSE) natural resources company, was informed today that as a result of the transactions set out below, Roy Grainger Williams is now interested in 221,162,668 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 8.67% of the Company's current issued share capital. These shares are held in the name of Flute Investments Limited, a company over which Mr Williams has voting control.
The change in Mr Williams' interest in Ordinary Shares is as a result of the sale by him and companies over which he has voting control of 27,380,952 Ordinary Shares at 0.115p per share on 29 February 2016 and 221,162,668 Ordinary Shares at 0.13 pence per share on 1 March 2016 and purchase by Flute Investments Limited of 221,162,668 Ordinary Shares at 0.13p per share on 1 March 2016.
