Advanced Medical Solutions Grp PLC15 December 2005 Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ("AMS" or the "Company") The Company received notification on 14 December 2005, that following a purchaseof 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in AMS ("Ordinary Shares"), the CavendishAIM Fund now holds 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares. This shareholding is in additionto the 7,650,000 Ordinary Shares owned by discretionary clients of CavendishAsset Management and the 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by the CavendishOpportunities Fund. Cavendish Asset Management, through its direct and indirectshareholdings, therefore holds 12,750,000 Ordinary Shares, which representsapproximately 9.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
