10 September 2007 Bidtimes Plc ("Bidtimes" or the "Company") Holdings in Company
The Company has been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that on 7 September 2007 Mr Barrie Bluck completed the purchase of 1,101,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.85p, equivalent to 6.34 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Consequently, Mr Bluck's holding totalling 2,026,333 Ordinary Shares now represents 11.66 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Of the 2,026,333 Ordinary Shares held by Mr Bluck, 925,000 Ordinary Shares are held in the name of Redmayne Bentley Nominees Limited.
In addition, on 7 September 2007 Brent Fitzpatrick, a director of the Company, completed the purchase of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.85p, equivalent to 1.15 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Additionally, Mr Fitzpatrick is no longer beneficially interested in 121,800 Ordinary Shares, which are held by Alex Fitzpatrick, his adult son. Consequently, Mr Fitzpatrick now holds 759,599 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.37 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
