Wednesday, 3 December 2008 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 2 December 2008 that following transactions on 2 December 2008, Eagle Medallion Fortress Investment Corporation now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares of a total of 4,538,094 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 2 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
