The Company was notified today that Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited ("BMAM"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 6,342,100 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 40.01% of the Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 3,203,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.21% of the issued share capital, are managed on a discretionary basis, on behalf of customers of BMAM.
