The Board of Porta Communications plc (the "Company") received on 27 July 2011, the following notifications as a result of a transfer of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company:

NOTIFICATION 1

On 26 July 2011, 75,000,000 ordinary shares were transferred to Raymond McKeeve at a price of 0.1p per share. Following this transfer, Mr McKeeve has an interest in 275,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 7.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

NOTIFICATION 2

On 26 July 2011, 75,000,000 ordinary shares were transferred to Richard Samuel at a price of 0.1p per share. Following this transfer, Mr Samuel has an interest in 175,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 4.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

NOTIFICATION 3

On 26 July 2011, 75,000,000 ordinary shares were transferred to Gary Wyatt at a price of 0.1p per share. Following this transfer, Mr Wyatt has an interest in 125,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 3.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

NOTIFICATION 4

On 26 July 2011, 75,000,000 ordinary shares were transferred to James Roddis at a price of 0.1p per share. Following this transfer, Mr Roddis has an interest in 125,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 3.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
