Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that on 14 March 2012 it received notification that, following the acquisition of 6,650 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 March 2012, Investec Wealth & Investment Limited ("Investec") now has an indirect interest, represented by client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies owned by Investec, in 1,004,447 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.04% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
