Town Centre Securities PLC ("The Company")
TCS TRUSTEES LIMITED (TCS Trustees Limited) who administer the Town Centre Securities ESOP.
The Company has today received notification that on the same day TCS Trustees Limited ("TCST"), who administers the Town Centre Securities Employee Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"), purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 208p per Share. As a result of this purchase the Plan is now interested in 96,556 Shares.
The following Directors of the Company are also directors of TCST, or are potential beneficiaries under the Plan, and are therefore technically interested in the shares held by TCST:
