Landore Resources Limited24 November 2005 24 November 2005 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore Resources" or "the Company") Holdings in Company Landore Resources was notified yesterday that following recent purchases ofshares in the market and the exercise of warrants, Matopos Holdings Limited isinterested in 5,883,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"). In addition, TAHEH Holdings Limited is interested in 3,000,000Ordinary Shares. Mr James Hudleston is the beneficial owner of both companies and as a result ofthese transactions now has a beneficial interest in 8,883,000 Ordinary Shares,representing approximately 9.55% of the issued ordinary share capital.
