The Company was notified on 18 July 2008 by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2008, it has an interest in 6,600,232 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 3.12 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
