Changes to significant shareholders
Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces that it has received notification from Temasek Holdings ("Temasek") that in aggregate, its funds hold 37,800,000 shares, equivalent to 10.0 percent of the voting rights in the Company. The percentage increase in Temasek's ownership resulted from a decline in the number of ordinary shares in issue due to the Company's ongoing share buyback programme.
