Please find attached a TR-1: Notifications in Major Interests in Shares in regard to M&G crossing a percentage threshold.
The reason for just dropping below the 10% threshold is due to an increase in the Total Voting Rights month on month and that M&G sold 199,630 shares of Imagination Technologies Group plc. This takes M&G's shareholding to 9.93%.
