On 27 December 2011 the Company received a notice (Form 605) from Nomura Australia Limited on behalf of its related bodies corporate worldwide, following the disposal of 510,222 Nyota ordinary shares.

Following this disposal, Nomura Australia Limited on behalf of its related bodies corporate worldwide holds 23,597,204 Nyota ordinary shares representing 4.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
