3 December 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 3 December 2008 that as at close of business on 2 December 2008 MF Global UK Limited had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in MF Global UK Limited holding a total of 6,593,796 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 2 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
