A concert party of shareholders is deemed to exist at Judges Capital by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers. The concert party members include each of the shareholders referred to in the table above plus David Cicurel, Chief Executive of the Company, and Dawnay Day Corporate Finance Ltd ("DDCF") (together, the "Concert Party"). David Cicurel currently holds 40 Ordinary Shares and, so far as the Company is aware, DDCF holds 63,158 Ordinary Shares. As a result, at the date of this announcement, so far as the Company is aware, the Concert Party holds 1,333,988 Ordinary Shares amounting to 33.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
