On 4 February 2011, the Company was notified that Ezio Simonelli, who had up to this date been beneficially interested (through his previously wholly-owned company, UBK SpA) in 1.2 million ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares"), representing 3.75% of the Company's issued share capital, that he is no longer the controlling shareholder of UBK SpA and not beneficially interested in the Shares.
UBK SpA is therefore now both the legal and beneficial owner of the Shares.
