The company was informed on 8 June 2010 that Charles Mindenhall sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. Following the transaction Charles Mindenhall has a beneficial interest in 1,424,074 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 3.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
