9 September 2014 Crystal Amber Fund Limited (the "Company") Disclosure of Dealings The Company announces that Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited("Crystal Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Companyyesterday purchased 1,260,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital ofthe Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.65 per cent. of the votingshare capital of the Company from Richard Bernstein, a director and principalshareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management and a member of Crystal AmberAdvisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the Company. The transactionwas effected at a price of 138p per share. Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of3,490,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.57 per cent. of the voting sharecapital of the Company. Following the sale, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares,equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
