GVC Holdings plc (AIM:GVC), a leading online gaming company, announces that it was informed on 6 March 2012 that on 30 January 2012, Audley Capital Management Limited sold 79,000 ordinary shares of GVC. As at 6 March 2012, Audley Capital Management is the registered holder of 9,030,911 ordinary shares representing 28.7% of the total voting rights of the Company.
