STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the cross border financial services provider, has been notified today by
Louise Kentish, as trustee of the Focus and Crowe Trusts, that she has disposed of 275,000 0.1p ordinary shares and therefore no longer maintains a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
