On 14 January 2014, the Company received notification that, as of 10 January 2014, UBS Investment Bank held directly a beneficial interest in 71,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 3.26% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and did not hold a notifiable interest in equity swaps.
