Trinity Mirror PLC30 October 2007 The Company has today received notification from Barclays PLC that they have anotifiable interest in 11,534,751 Trinity Mirror plc Ordinary Shares (previously15,004,222) , representing a total number of voting rights of 11,534,751. Thisrepresents 3.93% of the issued share capital (previously 5.12%). Barclays havenotified us that following the implementation of the Transparency Directive theyare only notifying where they have a control of shares rather than an 'interestin shares' as previously.
