The Company was notified on 16 June 2009 by Henderson Global Investors Ltd that it holds (i) 10,410,260 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and (ii) an interest in 5,542,473 Ordinary Shares held through contracts for differences, representing 4.92 per cent. and 2.62 per cent. respectively and, in aggregate, 7.54 per cent., of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
