On 19 January 2011 ZincOx received a TR1 Notification of Major Interests in Shares from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on behalf of Goldman Sachs International and Goldman, Sachs and Co., stating that, as at 17 January 2011, there had been an acquisition or disposal of voting rights. The situation previous to the triggering transaction was an interest of 4,740,967 ordinary shares in the Company representing voting rights of 6.09%. The resulting situation after this triggering transaction is a holding of less than 3% of ZincOx's share capital and therefore no longer falls to be disclosed.
