Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, was notified on 15 June 2009 that Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 1,936,594 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.28% per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
