Europa received notification on 13 December 2010 that, as a consequence of a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Europa ("Ordinary Shares"), G.B Trustees Limited (as trustees for the Hornbaek Retirement Trust) are the holders of 3,763,500 Ordinary Shares representing 3.94% of the issued share capital of Europa.
