HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY
Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC (the "Company") received notification on 5 June 2009 from KC Investments Limited in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") that, following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on the same date, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the voting rights of the Company.
