The Company was notified today that Aldersgate Investment Managers LLC ("Aldersgate") has increased its holding in ZincOx. Aldersgate now holds the total voting rights attaching to 3,894,423 ordinary shares, representing 5.01% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that it has 77,860,620 ordinary shares in issue and 77,860,620 voting rights.
