The Company received a notification on 6 May 2011 from Fidelity International stating that Fidelity International exercises voting rights over 116,003,400 ordinary shares which represents 5.76% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,014,355,049ordinary shares.
