The Company was notified on 2 September 2009 by Safeguard Management Limited as Trustee of The Timis Trust that following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company  ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 September 2009, it has an interest in 27,906,881 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 8.84% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
