The Company announces, following notification received yesterday, that Terry Tyrell is interested in a total of 311,183 ordinary shares in the capital of Water Intelligence, equivalent to 3.24 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. This holding includes ordinary shares held beneficially by his wife and via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
