Significant shareholder dealing

Jeremy Hosking, informed the Company on 17 February 2011 that he had that day acquired 185,000 shares in the Company at 110.5 pence per share.

Following the acquisition of these shares, Jeremy Hosking's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 4,299,973 shares, representing approximately 16.66% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
