SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") HOLDING IN COMPANY
On 16 February 2007, SRT was notified by HSBC Security Services (UK) Limited that Polar Capital Partners is the beneficial owner of 4,848,895 shares in the Company representing 6.196 per cent. of the issued share capital.
