Ovoca was notified today by Waseem Shakoor that he controls 4,807,100 ordinary shares of €0.125 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company, including 2,000,000 ordinary shares which are held for the beneficial interest of Paul Curtis. Following this acquisition, Mr Shakoor's interest in the Company is 4,807,100 ordinary shares, or 5.50% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
