The Company received a notification on 4 September 2017 from Rath Dhu Limited, stating that, as of 30 August 2017, it has an interest in 3,250,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.125 in the Company, which represents 3.99% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 81,563,806 ordinary shares.
