Admission of Equity and Shareholdings
On 4 November 2009, Strategic Natural Resources PLC ("SNR" or the "Company") announced that 6,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") had been placed at 10p per share. The Board of SNR is pleased to announce that the Placing Shares have now been admitted to trading on AIM.
As a result of the placing of the Placing Shares, the investors set out below have acquired the following interests in the Company:
