DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 27 November 2008 that Aviva plc & its subsidiaries have decreased their notifiable interest from 32,450,026 to 31,892,212 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.99% of the relevant share capital. This results in their number of voting rights being 21,925,687 (direct) and 9,966,525 (indirect).
